The weather has been great in London for the past few weeks. The sun has been shining, the sky is bright blue and the cafes, parks and restaurants seem to be packed with people enjoyng the hot weather. However, it made us think - when do people like to have a massage - summer or winter?
The case for winter is strong, people like that pick me up and warm touch that a massage can bring. It's also a great way to circulate the blood and keep healthy when those winter bugs are passing around.
However there is just as many positives for having a massage when it's hot. Many more people do sport in the summer, so it is a great way to relax and warm down those muscles after an intense work out or run. The days are also longer which means you might not mind travelling a little further after work to have a great massage.
So when do you prefer to have one, summer or winter - let us know on our facebook page
