Having a healthy body is not just what happens on the outside such as having a massage it's also about what goes on in the inside.

That means eating a nice healthy and balanced diet. So when you go for your regular massage treatment, which we of course recommend, you also need to balance it with lots of fruit, vegetables and plenty of water. This will maximise the effects of having a massage every month.
